In 2022, we were officially and exclusively authorized by Xiaomi as their after-sales service partner in Malaysia, providing repair and after-sales services for 3C products and smart home appliances in accordance with factory standards.
Today, we operate the most extensive authorized after-sales and repair service network in the country, with six service centers, ensuring users across all regions receive consistent and reliable service.

All our repair engineers are certified by Xiaomi’s factory to perform testing, repairs, and quality control, ensuring service excellence and safety.

Since the establishment of our first Xiaomi authorized center, we have expanded from one to six service locations in just three years, owing to our consistent service performance and the trust of the brand.
TCL Authorized: Localized After-Sales Support
We are also authorized by the international brand TCL to provide after-sales service for its smart home appliances. Currently, we operate service centers in Kuala Lumpur and Penang, offering on-site installation and repair services.

We became an authorized ASUS customer service centre in 2018 with two renewals. Our five branches accounted for approximately 70% of the total service volume of Asus customer service centres in Malaysia.
Through the cohesive efforts of our staff, coupled with their outstanding performance in comprehensive customer service, ASUS Malaysia managed to rank in the top 3 in the ‘2020 ASUS Best Country Global Serviceʼ.
While we cannot solely attribute this global success to our team, they worked tirelessly together to contribute to this achievement.
