In just a few years, we have earned the trust of numerous brands and been entrusted with significant responsibilities.
In 2018, we obtained authorization from Asus in Malaysia, and in subsequent years, we continuously acquired authorization from various brands. This enables us to provide the most comprehensive customer service, covering warranty and non-warranty repairs for computers, laptops, smartphones, and more.

GENESIS MILLENNIUM FALCON SDN.BHD. was founded by two energetic young individuals who, driven by their passion for electronic craftsmanship, turned their shared interest into a business.
The founders, with computer and smartphone repair backgrounds, previously worked as skilled technicians at SAMSUNG and HUAWEI service centres, demonstrating excellent performance and a proactive work ethic.
In 2018, the founders successfully established the company, simultaneously becoming Asus’s authorized customer service centre. Through outstanding management, the company gained the trust of other brands within a few short years, authorizing us to be their customer service centre.
