原厂标准， 一致服务
2022年，我们获小米（Xiaomi）官方独家授权，成为马来西亚的售后服务合作伙伴，依原厂标准提供3C产品与智能家电的维修与售后服务。
目前，我们拥有覆盖最广的授权售后及维修服务网络，共设立 6 个服务中心，确保不同地区的用户皆能获得一致、可靠的售后服务体验。
TCL 官方授权， 在地化售后支持
我们亦获国际品牌 TCL 授权，提供其智能家电的售后服务。目前在吉隆坡与槟城设有服务据点，并提供上门安装与维修服务。
首批授权合作伙伴， 表现稳定获信任
我们自 2020 年起成为传音（Transsion Holdings）进入马来西亚市场的首批授权售后服务合作伙伴，并以稳定的服务表现逐步获得品牌方信任与扩展。

截至 2025 年，我们已在多个一线与二线城市设立 10 个售后服务据点，形成完善的服务覆盖网络。

我们于2018年授权成为Asus客户服务中心，并获得2次续约，而且5家分行在全马Asus客户服务中心占约高达70％服务分额（volume）。
通过我们全体职员努力，及提供全面的客户服务的表现，马来西亚Asus于2020年获选为全球“2020年Asus最佳国家全球服务”（2020 Asus Best Country Global Service）名列前三位”。
虽然这项全球佳绩不完全归功我们，但我们的团队也确实共同为是项殊荣付出不懈的努力和贡献。
